Briana S. Gleizer, BS, DVM
Born and raised in Baltimore County, just outside of Baltimore City, Dr. Briana S. Gleizer earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences with a pre-veterinary focus before receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Gleizer’s professional interests include advanced surgical techniques, neuroscience research, and the One Health approach to medicine. She is interested in pursuing specialty training in either surgery or neurology, with a current focus leaning toward surgery.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Gleizer enjoys reading, crochet, live music, and spending quality time with family and friends. She has a cat named Crane and a ball python named Duck, and she is grateful for the support of her family, significant other, and friends throughout her veterinary journey.
