Diana Lemus, DVM
Originally from Queens, New York, Dr. Diana Lemus grew up in Alexandria, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech before going on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Lemus’ professional interests include surgery, particularly mass removals and reconstruction, as well as neurology and neurosurgery. She is interested in pursuing a residency and is currently exploring whether her long-term path will be in surgery or neurology.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Lemus enjoys film, live music, and traveling. She also has a sassy, talkative calico cat named Puchis.
