Chihhan Kaak, DVM
Dr. Kaak is a licensed veterinarian in the United States and Taiwan. She was born and raised in Taipei City, Taiwan and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from National Chiayi University.
After a few years of veterinary practice in Taiwan, she came to the U.S. in 2019 with her two cats. She completed clinical training in the University of Missouri. Shortly thereafter, she came to Maryland where she finished an Emergency and Critical Care internship at Pet+ER in Towson and Columbia.
Dr. Kaak is fluent in Mandarin and English. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and watching TV shows with her husband, Austin. They now have a total of three cats, ChowChow, HuaHua, Mischief, and a newly adopted puppy, Truffle.
