Erin Aufox, DVM, DACVD
Erin was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Aufox went on to study at Auburn University (War Eagle!) where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and then completed a small animal rotating internship at Cornell University CVM. Dr. Aufox then moved to Knoxville, TN, where she completed a dermatology residency at the University of Tennessee and spent two years working in a private practice as a boarded Dermatologist in Chicago.
Her professional interests include otitis management and dermatological manifestations of endocrinopathy. When she’s not working, Dr. Aufox enjoys horseback riding and showing hunter/jumpers, as well as training her two Australian Shepherds, Jinx and Sky
